   take 1 a day at bedtime, below the recommended dose to avoid calcium buildup. quite large tablets. Seems to work well so far, although hard to tell for calcium unless you check bone density with a test. The magnesium definitely works – it improves my sleep and my bowel movements. I’ve read though that calcium and magnesium actually compete for absorption if taken together, so I’ll be buying them as separate supplements from now on.

   Both magnesium and calcium have an effect on our bones. That said, it is also worth mentioning at this point that magnesium is known for its positive effects on our teeth and nails in addition to a few other things. Personally, I wouldn’t go into detail, I’ve never tried many things, so I’m not entirely sure of its properties yet… But anyway, the reason I wanted to write about magnesium is because while it’s calming is something most people are familiar with, there was a time when taking magnesium made me feel anxious and insomniac. So to clarify, I use Magnesium for insomnia!

   Now makes very high quality products!!! This supplement contains important ingredients for bone health!! The package size is large, the amount of calcium in each capsule is high. The supplement has a lot of health benefits and calcium and magnesium are a very good combination. I really recommend this product!!!

   Good product, it smells good and not irritating, the capsules are moderate in size but easy to swallow I took 2 every night it helps me sleep because of the magnesium and I feel like my teeth are getting strengthen and do not hurt me as usual because of calcium.

   High quality ingredients for your health. Large in size, the minerals are indeed. Only infra natural. Small and practical package. Has many advantages. Good composition. Deficiency that he does not have. Supplement for our whole family. No bad symptoms. The frequency takes it. Taste doesn’t matter. Just swallow it with plenty of water.     I was on this site before. I was at the gym right now and saw a review from a friend recommending this supplement. I ordered it and started taking it immediately. It gave me strength, energy, focus and my mood is very good now (after about 2 weeks).
