This supplement is probably the most underrated when it comes to male and female hormone control. I used to bring my estrogen back to healthy levels, it also helped clear up minor acne and I lost a lot of weight in the hormone related areas (hips, legs, lower back and glutes). Calcium D-Glucarate was recommended by my health coach to open my detox pathways due to Gilbert’s Syndrome. Gilbert’s syndrome occurs when there is a DNA mutation that causes a decrease in the production of alpha-glucoronidase, an enzyme vital for the detoxification of a range of toxins by the liver. With calcium d-glucarate, the liver obtains the glucarate part as an ingredient and turns it into alpha-glucoronidase for further detoxification. It worked! My skin is less yellow because I eliminate toxins more quickly. Jaundice is almost a thing of the past. I take two capsules a day but my health coach told me I can go up to 4-6 capsules a day. I recommend this quality product.
