Brewer’s Yeast has naturally occurring protein and several B-Vitamins. It is produced by cultivation of Saccharomyces cerevisiae on malted barley in the production of beer. After fermentation, the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered.

I’ve heard that old school bodybuilders take brewer’s yeast, which is high in B vitamins except for B12. Then I received these tablets in August. Three a day (am, noon, pm) left me feeling energized and calm. But at this rate, the 200 tablets will be finished in 2 months. So I started taking one a day. I tried chewing the pills and sucking them like lozenges. They are crispy and melt easily. However, after the pleasant yeasty taste, a lingering bitterness sets in. Now I just swallow the pills. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. And I intend to buy again.
