   “Elevate” is an apt description for this supplement. Soon after I started taking this supplement, I noticed that I was able to concentrate for longer periods of time. The effect is subtle. After continued use, I would notice if I discontinued for a few days. One thing to note: if you have heavy periods, Ginkgo, one of the ingredients, would tend to increase bleeding. There is no noticeable taste and the pill is not hard to swallow.

   Bought 2 sizes. One for the house, the other in my bag. Started with 1 capsule daily, moved to recommended dosage. Seems like it keeps me focused for long hours. Containing a blend of herbal adaptogens and essential enzymes, these are the perfect natural ingredients. Great advantage for long hours of concentration.

   I bought them for my wife. She needed a little help concentrating at work. It’s November and we all know how the body reacts in a time of transition. These quality ingredients have many benefits that I have researched. The dosage is also simple. I would recommend taking one in the morning after breakfast and another during the day. No smell, no taste and comes in a standard size.

   started to feel a difference after about 3-4 weeks. I was on an intensive programming BootCamp and my usual brainless ways weren’t going to fly anymore. I noticed that I now think clearer and sharper afterwards. What gingko baloboa is said to do is thin the blood so it travels faster to the brain, giving it more oxygen. One thing I will say is that I tried to search if the ingredient RoseOx was on Google, it didn’t lead me to any useful information. But overall I’m very satisfied.

   I have just started using this product. My first thought is that the quality and size are good. I use it with real focus because they have different ingredients and work well together. I like the size of the capsule because I can swallow it easily and has no aftertaste.

   I noticed an improvement in focus, clarity and energy when taking this supplement! I had recently heard of gotu kola and was curious to try it so I was happy to find it in this mix. I previously took True Focus from the same brand and although it worked for focus, I didn’t find as much clarity and energetic benefit.

    find these come in handy when I need that extra boost and clarity! They are excellent quality and the ingredients are what you would expect to help with brain fog, the size is not too big to swallow and I only took one pill per dose. They don’t really taste good. I would recommend it to anyone who suffers from brain fog.

    I wanted a product to help my concentration and memory. The reviews were very good for it so I decided to give it a try. It took me about a week to really notice the benefits, but I do! The ingredients are all very high quality and they really work. I’m so happy with this!
