have been taking this supplement for about a week now. And I see a very good effect on my blood pressure. Although my bp is not totally high, around 130-140 on 85-90, it still changes gradually when I take this. Based on the label itself, it says it will help control normal blood pressure already in a healthy range. So I think it’s actually good for a person in a high normal bp. But I notice on the reviews that there are some people who have very high bp which also help them reduce the result when taking this. It also reduces the times when I feel my neck is stiff. I felt my blood flow was smooth. Overall I feel good or a sign of relief when taking this supplement. Lastly, I take this supplement with NOW garlic 5000. Bcoz ive researched that eating garlic is also one of the best natural ways to lower blood pressure. My wife takes this as an alternative to the medication given to her by her doctor. She was skeptical, but says her BP is generally within the normal range. have pre-hypertension and wanted to give it a try. I am not taking any other antihypertensive medication. I think it helped me a lot. At first I monitored my bp with a home test unit. My bp became stable and seemed to drop slightly. I don’t feel as restless and anxious as I use it too. I’m in no way saying it will work for you, but for me, I’m so grateful that I found and tried this product. I take it with Cholesterol Pro, and the combination I think helped relieve the symptoms I was feeling associated with my pre-hypertension.
