   Once in a while I can enjoy high fat foods thanks to this great quality product. The ingredients are all traceable and you can be sure to take them daily. My HDL stays high and TC is less than 5. Good for older people

   Taking this supplement with saw palmetto hoping it might improve my cholesterol level, will do a checkup after 3 months to see if it really works. The capsule size is quite large but still able to swallow. Please give a vote
