When I first applied NOW Foods Avocado Oil to my skin, I thought it was too heavy, but it quickly became one of my favorites. It absorbs faster than expected. I have also added it to several lotions and cleansers with positive results. It is an excellent choice for natural skin care. worked so well for my 4c natural hair! helped him go from shoulder to bust length in less than a year! i used it with aussie moist shampoo and conditioner, i added alma powder to both conditioner shampoos and oils, i used castor oil and jojoba oil too , a hydrating leave-in conditioner to hydrate my hair every 2/3 days/every time it was dry. my hair has high porosity so i used the LCO n method works great.
