When I first applied NOW Foods Avocado Oil to my skin, I thought it was too heavy, but it quickly became one of my favorites. It absorbs faster than expected. I have also added it to several lotions and cleansers with positive results. It is an excellent choice for natural skin care. Great quality avocado oil which I also use for my dry curly hair and it’s perfect! It helps seal my ends in damp hair and gives the rest of my hair a healthy shine.

worked so well for my 4c natural hair! helped him go from shoulder to bust length in less than a year! i used it with aussie moist shampoo and conditioner, i added alma powder to both conditioner shampoos and oils, i used castor oil and jojoba oil too , a hydrating leave-in conditioner to hydrate my hair every 2/3 days/every time it was dry. my hair has high porosity so i used the LCO n method works great.
