   Apple pectin has been advised in some of the C19 protocols. I’m not a doctor, so I wouldn’t advise anyone to take it without the advice of a medical professional. I like that it comes in capsule form because it’s easier and more convenient and less messy than the powder form.

   Two capsules is the dosage, take half an hour with water before meals to feel fuller while eating. Also helps with intestinal motility! No taste or smell. If this review was useful to you, don’t hesitate to like 🙂

   I use it because it is recommended for gut health. Good gut health will improve your immune system. This product is tasteless and you just need to pop the capsule easily. You can take the product out of its capsule and add juice and water or any drink of your choice.

   Like the quality of this product. I found it easy to remove the capsule and mix the compound with a quarter cup of water. Easy to stir and drink. The taste is slightly neutral. Used to take on an empty stomach half an hour before breakfast, for better absorption of apple pectin in the gut, supporting gut health and brain health.

   I notice that fiber is working well in my gut. It’s great quality. I love that it has so many benefits. Do some research on it, it’s amazing all the benefits it has! Plus, it’s tasteless, easy-to-swallow capsules. I will definitely buy again!

   It’s good, I feel fuller when I take it and it makes me go to the bathroom more. This helps flush out your system a bit. So I don’t take it all the time because I’m a healthy weight and I just use it to flush my system.

   Everyone knows that apple is good for the body and I was thrilled to find this NOW supplement containing one of the most beneficial apple fibers. I didn’t feel any immediate difference, but I think the apple is a long term thing to feel the benefits. It’s fiber so it sometimes gives a feeling of fullness.

   Good pectin at a good price, ingredients from an natural apple, the quality of apples is excellent, we add it to kefir, kefir becomes amazing and natural, the intestines have become more stable, food helps in these cases . Strong packaging, I will buy more, I liked the mild laxative effect.

   If you are having problems with constipation, this is what will make the difference. The capsules are easy to swallow and it doesn’t matter if you eat a lot of fruit or drink juice, you can still be irregular. This product can fix all of that in a day. It’s much easier on your body than the psyllium fiber that most doctors recommend and there are other benefits too. Don’t hesitate: it works faster and smoother than anything I’ve ever tried!

    The capsules do not have a bad taste, which is usual for supplements. Feels great for gut and gut health. No other harmful ingredients, just apple pectin. As usual, the capsules come in a compact package – a small plastic bottle. Should be safe and good for all ages. Overall, the quality is trustworthy.
