Recommended use:
Take 1-2 capsules up to 3 times daily with food.

Capsules are the only way to consume apple cider vinegar on a daily basis. I’ve read so much about the health benefits and have tried incorporating apple cider vinegar into some recipes, but it’s fleeting at best. I am so happy to have started taking capsules daily again. There is a terrible smell when I open the bottle but there is no taste in the capsules. I’m glad NOW has a 750mg dose option. I like this supplement because I think it helps fight bad germs and helps keep you from getting sick.
