High quality ginseng, pure ingredients. Gives my husband more energy and he seems less stressed. He’s also in a better mood. The capsules were a bit too big for me but they worked for him. And since they are capsules, there is no taste. You practically can’t go wrong with anything from the Now brand.

It’s always hard to say what effects the supplements contribute to, but I definitely think it does something! I took it to fight fatigue and I feel like it helps (not like a huge buzz like caffeine (which is good), but really subtle? I took it after lunch, and it doesn’t keep me awake at night I also feel like it actually improves sleep – I wake up a lot less during the night now I’ve only been taking it for 3 days and my sleep is already improving I’m quite sensitive to the supplements, but no bad side effects and gentle on the tummy!

I feel more energy and seem to be able to get more restful sleep, but since taking it I have a slight headache. I’m giving it another week to see if it’s just another change I need to get used to.
