This is a great way to supplement Vit E. Unlike most Vit E supplements, this one has “full spectrum” Vit E, as this vitamin includes 4 tocotrienols and 4 tocopherols. You’ll find them all here, in one high quality product with no fillers or unnecessary ingredients. Vitamin E acts as a membrane antioxidant molecule and is not always easily obtained from food, depending on how you eat. I would, however, suggest not taking the full dose suggested on the label (2 capsules) unless your doctor or nutritionist tells you otherwise, as too much vitamin E may not be a good thing and this product has a fairly high dosage. per capsule.

Taking E reduces heart attacks by 70% and it is also important to maintain these levels with Carlsons Cod Liver Oil so that the cells have a rich and proper level of oil.
