Recommended use:
Mix 1 scoop (approximately 25g) with 200ml of water or skimmed milk.
Use 1-3 servings daily, depending on your protein requirements.
ISO-XP is rapidly absorbed, so the optimal times to use it are when you need protein fast. This includes immediately upon waking before breakfast, and immediately after exercise. After training, many athletes take a double serving (50g) as the body is able to process a larger amount of protein in its depleted state.

Due to the coronavirus, my work schedule has become irregular and, consequently, my sleep schedule as well. I initially took melatonin, but it only helped me get deeper sleep instead of helping me fall asleep. However, taking this product (Super Cortisol Support) three times a day has helped me get my sleep schedule back on track. Note that it does not help you fall asleep after consumption (like melatonin usually does). By taking it regularly, you just start to feel ready to go to bed at a more appropriate time. Moreover, it does not suppress your appetite directly but rather indirectly (having a good sleep schedule leads to better eating habits). The pill is quite large, so be sure to take it with plenty of water.

It works for me on belly fat and love handles when nothing else has. Just finished my first bottle, taking 2-3/day. May see less fat on thighs too. And it makes me feel more stable without being sedated. Agree with others that it helps reduce stress anxiety and improves sleep quality. I have a sleep disorder and it seems to make me want to go to bed earlier and I sleep until morning. Before that, I couldn’t fall asleep until 2 or 3 in the morning and I woke up every two hours. I started taking it just to see if it would help with the belly fat since I was pretty stressed out last year and I’m pleasantly surprised that apparently the stress caused a lot of the fat deposition because I haven’t changed my diet much on a consistent basis. Agree that sugar/carb cravings are much reduced. I haven’t lost much weight, but I have noticeably lost fat.

This supplement has worked since day one. Using it in conjunction with NOW Foods Thyroid Support is the way to go. I do the recommended dose of each supplement daily (3 Adrenal Support per day, 2 Thyroid Support per day) and have to say I noticed an IMMEDIATE difference in my energy levels! First day!! I love this super cortisol support i have never had this much energy in the last 10 years. I take one pill at 8am and another by 3pm at the latest otherwise im up all night with energy.
