   I’ve probably scoured a dozen different multivitamins over the years looking for a formula formulated for men that doesn’t have huge pills and absolutely doesn’t overload me with too much of each nutrient. It’s that multi-vitamin. No real taste or smell for the pills. They are comparable in size to other multivitamins, but longer and thinner, making them easier to swallow. Will rearrange.

   I have been taking this vitamin for two weeks and can tell the difference after about a week. My energy was depleted, but now it’s back up and my mood is better. I feel like this vitamin is good for me, so I’m glad to keep taking it.

   Perfect quality! Perfect ingredients! Perfect portion size! I really like this soft gel, it really tastes neutral and convenient to eat! I get the effect after the first week. Highly recommended as a daily vitamin and always better to take a bigger pack! Adam is the number one vitamin in my rating!

    If you are a training athlete, use multivitamins daily – 1 serving. If you don’t train, use half. In this way, the overdose can hardly be achieved if used in the form of capsules. Change a brand pack after using it for another brand: after finishing changing Adam to Optimen, after changing Optimen to CGN, then to Adam, etc.
