Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Mix 1 level tablespoon per day into at least 8 oz. of water or juice. Due to fiber content, be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. For those sensitive to fiber, start with 1 teaspoon daily, and gradually increase to 1 tablespoon.

This brand is one of my favorites because everything I’ve bought so far has worked perfectly for me. The quality of the powder is extremely good and is very helpful for those with IBS. The powder is easy to dissolve and does not have an unpleasant taste. Compared to the other fibers I have tried, this one is the best for me. This takes into account the price, quality, taste, smell and the effect it has. My only complaint is that I don’t understand why the brand uses such a big pack if it’s only half full.

it’s a great choice for fiber if you have ibs or a super sensitive stomach. I can’t tolerate the common fibers you find in the drugstore, but I can take this product without pain or gassy side effects. I am able to dissolve it in cold water with no problem. it’s no flavor, and it doesn’t have a gritty feel. i mix acacia with water and aloe vera juice to control my ibs.

Excellent fiber to benefit my gut microbiome. It’s a fine powder that melts easily in lukewarm water and doesn’t clog up in the large package that’s only half full. As I avoid fillers, I like this one ingredient product. I keep a diversified diet but some good fibers are not easy to find in local production and it is an excellent addition to my stock of prebiotics. I take it at bedtime with other fiber powders, outside of meals for best gut utilization. My intestines seem happy, I wake up with a flat stomach.

Excellent prebiotic for those with sensitive and inflamed intestinal systems. Be patient though, as the results don’t come immediately, but over time. It’s good value for money, as is quite a bulky package. Does not come with a measuring spoon. Clumps in liquids, but it’s not the end of the world.
