Good for skin support, it was evident approx. a week to take it every morning. The serving size is listed as “6 tablets”, but if you are wary of digestive issues or allergies, I would suggest just taking 2 a day to start with, after a meal on a fairly empty stomach, to see if your body can tolerate it. . I have seen improvement taking 3 or 4 tabs a day, so 6 tabs may not be necessary depending on skin condition. I hope this review helps you!

months of use: – Hair: Slight increase in the speed of hair growth. Going from a quarter inch to just over a quarter inch per month. Slight increase. – Skin: no noticeable changes yet. On 1st I was hesitant with this and I’m not a fan of taking tabs, especially I have to take 6 tabs a day. But after research and consultation with my doctor, I go.
