   Magnesium Calm is so tasty that I drink it a few hours before bed and it helps me sleep better. Also, it helps to have a smooth and successful bowel movement in the morning! All of this while providing an essential nutrient that is vital for your overall health. Good product!

   Great way to take magnesium. I guess the ingredients are of good quality as they have benefited my family by helping to relieve muscle twitching and promote sleep. It is a powder, so it can be made into a drink, rather than swallowing tablets. As a bonus, it tastes great, so it’s easy to take!

   I love the flavor and it helps me sleep at night. I have about 1 tsp at night (none during the day), and it never gave me the runs like some magnesium supplements do.    when i take it before sleep it calms me down and helps me sleep better, it also greatly helps my lifelong constipation Mixture of about 8 oz of water and 3 tsp of this. After drinking, I started to feel good. I can say that I was relaxed. Magnesium also affects your bowel movements. Many stool softeners contain magnesium. Do not take more than the recommended dose, it may cause diarrhoea.

   I’ve been taking this for a few years now. I will continue as it is an excellent source of magnesium and calcium, as well as boron which is needed for bone health. I take in the morning and before bed. It calms me down and helps me sleep better.

   have been using Natural Calm for years!! On and off. Really helps with so many things, and I always remember how much I love this product when I start taking it after a break. Great before bed, I sleep so well, my restless legs and cramps go away. I have endometriosis and when I take them religiously my periods are noticeably better and less painful. All in all a magical product for me. Be careful and start small as it takes some getting used to, so loose stools can be expected at first but will settle down within a few days! One of my essentials
