This is a high-quality, third-party tested supplement. I didn’t realize how little quercetin there was until I bought it. I take it for immunity, inflammation and allergy symptoms. It works great for the first two things at this dose, but I need a higher dose for allergy symptom control. I would just take more capsules, but they contain a lot of vitamin C, so I can’t take too many without ill effects. It’s a good supplement with good ingredients for a lot of people.
