The taste of the product is amazing. The B12 supplement is recommended for vegans and for example for us who suffer from anemia. My stomach is in pretty bad shape from acid reflux, so for me the product in this form is a must. Garden of Life B12 does not include anything that I would not put in the mouths of my children or pets and its potency due to the inc and absorption mechanism is excellent, I highly recommend it to anyone. Remember to refrigerate after opening, shake the bottle before use and clean the cap so that it does not mold over time.

usually buy tiny B-12 sublingual pills, but saw so many positive reviews about it that I thought I’d give it a try. I was so surprised that you only need one spray and you get around 140 sprays per bottle! I think this bottle will last for months! It tastes quite fruity and you definitely feel the B-12 energy! It is packaged in a dark bottle that is kept in the refrigerator. So far, our vitamin B levels are stellar, so a spray twice or 3 times a week is sufficient and quite potent! I’ve noticed that even non-vegans sometimes have a b-12 deficiency, so I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need!
