Contains soy beans.
Recommended use:
Take one (1) capsule daily, with or without food, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

Good mix of ingredients, French maritime bark extract (the legit kind) and natto…Research shows that both are great for cardiovascular/venous/arterial health…Every time I take Pycnogenol (100 mg), people always say my skin is beautiful, just anecdotal, I know, I just thought that was interesting. It just sucks because 60 capsules of 100mg of Pycnogenol cost $60, so it’s expensive to take it daily. But it sure is still good material.
