The quality is good but it is a bit expensive. It has a fish smell. I haven’t seen any visible effects yet but will let you know soon in a month.

always order this one and take 2 capsules a day as well as 2 of the others. This has omegas all in TG form (best form), EE form (worst availability), and phospholipid form (highest form). I buy it because it contains it in the form of phospholipids, as well as antaxanthin. And this brand is one of the best brands. But maybe I’ll look for one that only has TG and Phospholipids, but that’s going to be more expensive. This one is a great price and quality I believe. I did some research on Omega producers, and this brand was one of the best. I therefore take 1 EPA and 1 DHA per day, as well as 2 others. This is in the form of trygliceride, so it is easier for our body to digest. Most omegas are in the EE (ethyl ester) form.

No visible results yet. And this isn’t the first time I’ve ordered things from Life extension and haven’t seen any visible results. It is difficult to estimate, because everything happens inside the body without giving us any signals. But at least I expected to see a difference in the condition of my skin, nails and hair, but it didn’t. I will try the same omega-3 but from another company 🙂
