   I was worried that I wouldn’t tolerate this supplement as I have sulfur intolerance, but to my surprise I was able to take it and it improves my mood, although I haven’t seen any significant change in my pain joints.

   have endometriosis. Since I started SAMe, I feel much better. I take a pill in the morning with B-complex, q10, D5000, Indole-3-carbinol. It’s life changing if I ever forget that I feel the difference. My only wish the package was more eco-friendly. Who needs the box anyway 😉

   started buying them for my boyfriend. He has stiff joints and felt a little sore. (Aren’t we all?) He noticed a difference almost immediately. Any vitamin recommended on an empty stomach is great because it can space others out. For your information, you must take vitamin B at the same time for proper absorption. We drink vitamin B powder mixed with water, which works great! Finally, he says the mood lift is nice because it’s subtle and less anxious. I would recommend starting with the 200mg.. 🙂

   I need more time to see how this product benefits me. I’m very sensitive, so I should give him time to see. Size and packaging looks nice. SAME improves my mood and helps me a little with my anxiety and panic attacks. Absorption is ok too

   was taking Doctor’s Best Brand SAM-e and it did wonders for my depression. Unfortunately, due to its arginine base, it was giving me cold sore flare-ups, so I switched to the Life Extension brand (which is arginine-free) and I love it. Works amazingly well for my depression and doesn’t cause cold sore outbreaks. Highly recommend this product

   I’m 36 and have Gilbert’s Syndrome, and these vitamins were prescribed to help the liver and my mood in general and as I can see it has a lot of benefits. so I just take the first pack and finish the second ampule and still have 1 pill to take… I take 1 pill 1.5 hours before breakfast on an empty stomach. I can say that I have no side effects and overall I feel much better! These tablets are easy to take and have no taste…I’m happy with the result!

   just received them and immediately tried one. I don’t know if it’s a placebo effect but my mood improved immediately lol. I have had RA for a long time and the chronic pain has also caused depression and digestive issues. I hope this will be beneficial in the long run. And oh, I hate taking drugs, especially those huge, hard-to-swallow pills. The 200mg variant is just the right size and doesn’t taste horrible. Lastly, I’m glad to know that the ingredients are gluten-free. I will update again when I finish the whole box.

    SAMe is the product of methylation and that is why it is so expensive. If you have bad methylation, it is worth taking it. Be careful at first because I can cause migraines. Take a low dose
