   I absolutely loved this product. They have a good size, are easy to take. I took them for about a month and saw the results, for example when I was doing sports. I took a pill half an hour or an hour before running and was able to run more than usual, so I guess it gave me a bit more power.

   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading “Vitamin” in the title of the search results. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. Life Extension is a recommended brand!

   I really like this Rhodiola extract. It comes in the right dose (not too much, not too little) and you know how much of the main bioactive components you’re taking. This is a reputable brand at an affordable price. That’s why I chose it. And yes, I can notice a difference in my mood and reaction speed when I take it compared to when I don’t.

   In my opinion this is a high quality product. I am doing demanding intellectual work at the moment and taking this Rhodiola product is a great help to me. It clears my mind so I can think better. I feel the difference. It does not contain any other unwanted ingredients, which is very important if you like me to take multiple supplements. The product has also been standardized.

   These are amazing quality! Better than anything I could find from a local Australian chemist. I purchased this supplement to help with energy and stress levels. I noticed a huge improvement in my energy and my ability to handle stress at home and at work. The upside is that if you’re already eating well with a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and your concern is to improve your energy levels and reduce stress (or the way you react to stress), I’ll tell you highly recommend to try. ! Excellent packaging, high quality ingredient list, tasteless, easy to swallow. Try it! 10/10.

   Rhodiola from Life extension is so good, its benefits are that it relaxes me without feeling sleepy. I have been recommended by many friends and colleagues, and I definitely feel the benefits and will be ordering again. I feel an improvement in my daily functioning as I am more focused but relaxed at the same time. It is a good quality supplement. The capsules have no taste I also like the package

   suffered from minor and major depressive episodes (including staying in bed for 2 weeks/16+ hours), and it broke the vicious cycle by giving me enough energy to self-soothe, assess or rationalize at instead of giving up. Widely studied in Eastern Europe as a stress buffer + mood stabilizer by boosting serotonin/dopamine without sedating or “worrying” effects (like St. John’s Wort, weed, etc.). Marked difference when I forgot to take 1 day! Of course, this result was possible with a change of environment / distracting or stimulating activities / guidance for the perspective / a support group to help with basic tasks until I was back in a headspace functional and conscious. Good luck, comrade!!

   bought this for my mother because she was taking really “heavy” antidepressants prescribed by her doctor. She was literally in bed the whole time. Since she started using rhodiola, her mental health has improved so much: stop the drugs and only use rhodiola. Her mood has gotten better and better. everything you need.The best natural antidepressant supplement.Excellent quality.

    works like a charm. Gives me energy and relieves my anxiety/stress throughout my working day. The effects aren’t extremely noticeable, which is fine in a work environment. When I look back on my day, I can definitely see the differences on the days I don’t take it. Also, the price is great for the quality of work these guys do. Seems to be of good quality.
