   A friend of mine ordered it to try. He has unexplained and undiagnosed numbness/tingling on his arms. He consulted various doctors but the cause is not yet determined. He is now doing his part by taking supplements like this to improve his overall well-being and hopefully will have an impact on his arm issues. Will come back after checking it after a few weeks or months. I hope this helps you.

   I’ve loved Ray Peat’s work for ten years now, my 70 year old mom looks amazing and uses it for neuropathy and mood etc. I love it for my veins, circulation and mitochondria health etc. this brand is my favorite. thank you for following this Ecosupplements.

   Vitamin B1 is involved in maintaining the strength of the lining of blood vessels. Without vitamin B1, you could have a problem with your blood vessels. Blood vessels support the nervous system. If you don’t get blood supply to the nerve, it decreases the supply of oxygen to the nervous system, which causes a series of problems.

   Quality – the best form of vitamin B1. The ingredients good combination of classic vitamin b1. Nothing excessive. Perfect package size, easy to use. Pros – my nerve pain has decreased. And the energy increased. Doesn’t affect my blood pressure or digestion. Tasteless. Better to take it with a high fat diet. Recommend this for older people.

   Since a family member with Parkinson’s started taking it, along with two other supplements I review here, the severe tremors have all but disappeared. When I didn’t order more in time, there was a gap of about 7 days. The tremors came back. A new order came in, I gave the family member their first doses, and within 12 hours the tremors were down about 70%. Within 24 hours the tremors again, almost gone. The three supplements seem to work synergistically.

   must say Benfotiamine B1 is phenomenal! I took it to help with my peripheral neuropathy and was shocked when it made a difference almost immediately. I don’t think it normally helps that fast, but I did some more research and found that it’s also a mild vasodilator. The extra blood flow helps stop the tingling and also keeps my feet from freezing at night when I sleep. Thank God I found this! And as a bonus, I find that it helps fight depression. I take antidepressants which have a lot of side effects, and I have been able to reduce them because B1 helps produce more serotonin (which increases the effectiveness of my medications). I can’t say enough good things about Benfotiamine, and this brand is obviously good quality because it works great! I take 1 capsule twice a day.

   Helps with blood sugar and also kidneys, improving function, as it is a fat soluble vitamin and very important as this thiamine is necessary for diabetics. Metformin depletes thiamine so this is vitally important if you are diabetic or have kidney disease you are protecting your body because without kidneys your heart cannot function and without thiamine you can get Beri Beri dry or wet – helped me control my numbers and improve my blood sugar and kidney function at the same time, take with coq10 and magnesium and vitamin d3 for ultimate protection.

   I am very satisfied with the results of this product. I have never been so calm in my life (I only take one capsule a day, with a meal). I will take it for the rest of my life for sure. And to be honest, I haven’t noticed a difference between this Benfotiamine (and a much cheaper water-soluble B1 supplement), but I’m sticking with this fat-soluble version of B1.

    Ideal for nervous problems. I was one of the unfortunate ones who had long term neurological/nervous issues as a result of the vaccine. This, along with alpha lipoic acid, has helped me fully recover from peripheral neuropathy in my hands and feet. Quality product at high dosage with real benefits. Thank you Ecosupplements.
