Lithium orotate balances my mood better than any other supplement I’ve tried. I can’t believe it’s not better known. I’m honestly shocked at how well it works. I recently completed a nutrition and integrative medicine course for some continuing education units in my profession and learned that lithium (orotate) is available over-the-counter, so I ordered some. It’s been about two weeks, and even with this small dose, I noticed my mood was much better. When I suffered from depression last year, this stuff really helped me through a dark period. I was surprised at how little I needed to make a difference. Different people will have a different response, and you probably won’t get much of an opinion from your doctor, because it’s such a low dose that the FDA doesn’t even care. So what I’m saying is you’ll have to figure out for yourself if you need it and at what dose. But if you are suffering from depression, please seek help, ideally from a good doctor. Lithium is a mineral, and with such a small size (less than 1% of the standard pharmacological dose), it’s just a health supplement that will hopefully improve/balance your mood.

The effects can be felt very soon after ingestion. More than one capsule makes me sleepy… One capsule is enough for me… It just makes me more relaxed and helps me think more clearly. I think it might help with sadness, depression, stress and maybe brain fog… It doesn’t work miracles, and it doesn’t help more if you increase the dosage…

You have to wait a few days but you will notice soon enough that you will dream less. Or maybe dream just as much but they seem more distant, less perceptible of what it is. There will be a few less stable days, you may feel a bit wobbly but that will subside. And if all of that is behind you, you’ll notice fewer and milder headaches.
