little tingling on the tongue but once swallowed with water the effect disappeared. This is so far the best tablet I have seen for my bloating. It does the job!! You feel much better in the bowel and there is no reflux from the tube. It makes you feel so light after heavy meals that you hardly notice you’ve eaten. Please note that this product cannot help cancel overeating. It works effectively to help relieve bloating. It says to take it before meals but I took it after and still got the same positive benefits. It works quickly. I would suggest if you regularly get bloated after a meal see what the cause is so you don’t have to take it long term. It only acts as a band-aid and does not solve the deeper health problem. I mostly do gluten free as I have a gluten sensitivity but not an allergy. If I know I’m going to eat a meal that contains gluten, I take this product and it makes a big difference.

it really helps relieve my stomach bloating after a heavy meal. Since having acid reflux or achalasia surgery, my stomach digestion has improved, but only limited to small meals each time. Whenever I eat heavy meals, I tend to feel bloated and have difficulty breathing. it may last a few hours before it subsides and relieves.
