The Ginkgo Biloba tree, also known as maidenhair, has been used in China for thousands of years to support health.
The leaves of this native Chinese tree are used to make the modern-day Ginkgo extract we’re accustomed to. They’re also key to its associated health claims, including memory, mental focus, blood circulation and cognitive performance.
Ginkgo Biloba is rich in phytochemicals (compounds found in plants), such as flavonoids and terpenoids. It has been shown to contribute to normal blood circulation, which supports healthy blood flow around the body and, in turn, can also support our brain performance.
