My mother is undergoing chemotherapy for her stage 3 ovarian cancer. before consuming this supplement, she always had a blood transfusion due to her low hemoglobin. She started taking it after her 2nd chemo every day after meals. And guess what? She can keep her hemoglobin above 10! There is also no side effect, which makes it very convenient to eat. Highly recommended!

I’ve been taking this version of iron since I was diagnosed anemic a few years ago and haven’t been anemic since. It is easily digested and I have never had stomach issues after using it. I will continue to use it even though I am in menopause and don’t have the monthly issue that caused the anemia.

i purged it after reading most of the reviews kinda but expensive i am about to complete my first month so far so good not this constipation compared to other iron supplements..i take it before i went to sleep and i had no bad symptoms taste is good not bad at all need to complete 3 months to check my iron levels hope this helps

This is one of the best supplements I have tried. Overall I like all the products from “Garden of Life” but this one is one of the best. Because it’s a great source of iron (I use it during menstruation for deficiency because I get tired faster, I’m vegan too) and it has extra ingredients and minerals like vitamin B12 and C. It also contains digestive enzymes that help digest the meal better (I prefer to take it during dinner). I read that iron can cause stomach/bowel problems but I have IBS and this composition is just perfect. I still have that at home now.

First customer at Ecosupplements. I actually have a slight iron deficiency and needed an iron supplement. After doing some research online to find a site where I could purchase this, I came across Ecosupplements. I ordered the RAW iron. Raw, that is to say without synthetic binders, fillers or artificial additives. When it comes to ingredients, it also benefits from vitamin C, B12, and folate to aid iron absorption. Also no additional constipation. I took one capsule in the morning as I just received my delivery. So far I am very happy with my purchase. The price was reasonably cheap and the quality (as far as I can tell) outweighs the price. All bottles arrived in manufacturer’s packaging. I can’t wait for my second order!

Whenever I feel low on energy and start to bruise, this is my supplement for iron deficiency. It contains amazing ingredients and is easy to digest unlike some other iron supplements. This is the only iron I’ve ever taken that doesn’t upset my stomach, even at three times the normal dose. You can take it with or without food, which is really convenient.
