   This is not your typical calcium supplement. These capsules contain various quality ingredients, including the very important vitamin K (such as K2 MK-7), which is necessary for the proper assimilation of calcium. I like to mix it up, so I’m also taking another product that has Hydroxyapatite in it, which this vegetarian formula doesn’t have.

   have to take calcium because of osteopenia. I can’t tell you how many are GIANT and don’t even provide 50% of the RDA of calcium. Very frustrating! These are actually not huge and provide a good percentage of what we need to take. I will order again.

   year and a half ago I started taking this calcium with strontium which come together in the Grow Bone program. I stopped taking the Strontium after about 6 months because I heard it shouldn’t be taken continuously, but I continued with the Calcium. My exercise is to walk about 2 miles most days. I recently had a bone density test and I’m very pleased with the results! I still have osteopenia, but I had a 5% increase in density in my spine and a 6% increase in my hip! I am 67 years old and have never had such improvements. I am very satisfied with this product.

   A year ago, my bone density was not good. My doctor told me to buy this. I wasn’t sure it would help, but I didn’t want to take any medication. I’ve been on it for 1 year. Last week my test came back 0.05 to 1.0 better on all my numbers. I plan to take this a long time. Excellent product and delivery was fast. Thanks!

   I will always take this, I had osteoporosis and started this and within a few months it started to reverse and within 2 years I had normal bone density test readings, I Tried to quit and take calcium regularly and the test started showing osteopenia so I started on it again and got back to normal range, no other calcium comes close to this.

   High quality formula with calcium. I am 49 and now I need calcium formulas to maintain my bones. A good combination of everything necessary for my age and above all gathered in one place. The capsules are large, tasteless. This package is for 1 month for me. From 1 packet I feel an improvement.

    have been using this calcium for over a decade. Nothing else comes close. Take it twice a day, apart from other vitamins and with food. As a vegan, I swear by this quality calcium. My bones are strong and although I have had a few broken bones from intense physical activity, I know that this calcium helps speed up the healing process. Garden of Life Vitamin Code can’t be beat.

    This product actually helped reduce my osteoporosis in my lower spine from -3 to -2 after two years of faithfully taking this! I took the whole product which includes a supplememt at night. Its time for another bone density test this year and am hopeful this trend has continued!

    This is the *best* multimineral supplement I have ever taken. Calcium and Magnesium? Of course, and in a natural form. But also vitamin D, K, Boron, Vanadium and Silica. Your hair and nails may cut glass after supplementing with this product for a few months. 😉 (Well, maybe not cut glass, but your hair and nails will be strong!)

    I love that this calcium supplement has vitamin D, magnesium, and vitamin K, so I no longer have to buy them alone. I think this is a very high quality form of calcium and I look forward to seeing improvements on my next bone scan. I eat plant-based whole foods, so this Raw Plant Calcium Supplement was exactly what I was looking for.

    have been using this product for about a year and a half. It has made a big difference in my calcium numbers when I have my labs drawing! Also, I was diagnosed with osteopenia, but after taking raw calcium for a year, my bone density results improved!! So I feel like this is the definitive proof that it works.
