This is the first b-complex I can tolerate. I have tried many different brands and this one is absolutely the best. I don’t have any side effects, I don’t feel weird like on other brands of b complex. It gives me energy, a feeling of calm, good concentration and endurance in the gym. I really like it and will definitely use it again.

would recommend paying attention to the % Daily Value – their suggested serving would give you way more than the recommended daily value for all vitamins. I take 1 capsule a day instead of the 2 suggested and have found it to be just as effective. Makes the product last longer too.

Because it’s made from real food, you can take it on an empty stomach, but it shines with food because it also contains enzymes and cofactors. Take THIS and you won’t get a stomach ache afterwards. If you have GERD, you can take it and it won’t make your symptoms worse.

I appreciate the vegan capsules and the high-quality formula I have come to expect from this brand. With winter upon us, I have felt a bit lethargic and needed a boost while also giving my immune system extra support. This is helpful for colds and flu and because of high pollen counts that cause bad allergy problems. I have found that taking the B-vitamin complex gives me energy and supports my metabolism, giving me the added support I need when my seasonal allergies have me down.

For me, I noticed and felt the difference when taking them. I’ve been in the bottle for a few weeks and noticed my skin and overall appearance looked fresher and brighter, my rough skin and acne was gone. I didn’t expect this, but I read about the benefits of a variation of B vitamins that are good for better health. I used to only take sublingual B vitamins because a few years ago during one of my annual physicals I had low B vitamin levels. I started using this and Raw Prenatal together to increase my vitamin intake for better health as prescribed by my OBGYN. I then noticed after a year of taking it, after 15 years of irregular periods and only being prescribed the pill for so long, that my body is now regulated and running like clockwork. I only wish that before doctors rush to prescribe the pill that has so many negative effects, to look at natural alternatives for better health.

I have been using this B complex for years. I have numbness and tingling in my arms from paresthesia. It can be unbearably painful and on top of that my hands have gone numb. I use one Mg tablet (200mg) and two vit B capsules before sleeping, or before hard or precise work. No tingling for several hours…

Easy to swallow and haven’t noticed any difference but I assume it takes a while to notice any difference.
