   bought these for my 85 year old sister. She only takes one capsule (14 mg) which is half a dose. She’s been taking them for almost 2 months now and soon after she started taking them she had a lot more energy and felt a lot better. She even starts walking (with a cane) with me. The improvement was so great that I ordered two bottles this time and just started taking them as well. I also love that it includes ingredients to help absorption. Great quality and price.

   have tried different supplements for iron deficiency and this seems to be by far the most effective. A good combination of high quality ingredients for better absorption is my first guess. 1 capsule/day and after a week the symptoms have disappeared. I highly recommend it.    decided to take it during my period because I also take other multivitamins. I haven’t tried it yet but next to the liquid form of iron it could also be recommended because iron is not easy nor preferably taken as a supplement but rather with eating spinach or.. . /// I take it now already on the 4th day and it worked from the first day. I take it at noon and just before I’m tired and feel/need to take it, and after I’m back. Thank you very much for this add-on!

   I love that it’s made by Garden of Life. it’s been my favorite brand since a friend introduced me to it a long time ago. The quality is superb. the ingredients are natural, the capsule size is right. not too big and easy to swallow. the iron dosage is correct. I can feel its benefits from the 3rd day after taking it 2x a day. I no longer have vertigo. and I have more energy. it doesn’t taste bad either.

   love them a lot. Of all the other iron supplements I’ve tried, these are by far the best. they are easy on the stomach, you can have it with food. although I normally take it on an empty stomach with vitamin C for better absorption. My teenager is low on iron and she is taking it too. her ferritin has improved since she started taking them.

   I use it specially for my iron deficiency and it is the best iron nutrition product so far. the dosage is best two every day and the benefit also has a probiotic and the taste does not taste like iron to me

   Good quality and good packaging. The ingredients are natural and have many blends. It contains not only iron, but also folate and b 12. I bought it for my mother because she had anemia. His blood hemoglobin is better now after using it for a month. We used it with spirulline and moringa. Of course, you have to adjust your diet and have more green vegetables and red meat. It is best not to consume this product with dairy products, tea or coffee. The size of the pill is normal.

   could feel a difference in my overall health the day I started taking it! I am convinced that this supplement works. My brain fog started to disappear and my energy level increased. I could also see a difference in my eyesight and mood, which I had been struggling with recently. I think it must be a great detox because I swear it improves my health. I also like that it contains 160% of the daily value of iron, because I felt like I was anemic. Well done Garden of Life!

    was looking for the perfect iron supplement, and “Healthy Blood” has a great mix of ingredients. At first glance, I couldn’t understand why I wanted to take two pills of this one, when I could take just one pill of the other iron option. As I learned more about iron and how best to spread the dose throughout the day for maximum absorption, I decided this option better suited my needs. I am grateful to have this easy to take iron supplement that makes me feel so much better.
