   Garden of Life makes the best multivitamin supplements in my experience. I bought this for my girlfriend. I use the men’s formulation myself. They offer quality ingredients, the size of the packaging is perfect so as not to run out too often and meets our daily needs to cover possible vitamin deficiencies.

   have been taking Garden of Life for women 50+ for over 20 years. I love it so much and hope they never stop doing it. It’s the only vitamin I can digest. I don’t need to taste it an hour later because it’s all fruit and veg.

   Very good quality product, it has a good mix of daily nutrients for older women. I started with 2 capsules a day, now I try 3 capsules a day, 2 in the morning and 1 at noon or evening. Although the instructions say to take 4 capsules a day, since I have a fairly healthy diet, I think 2-3 capsules a day is enough.

   I look for non-GMO and natural whenever I can and that works for me, along with raw fruits and vegetables. No side effects, easy to swallow and no aftertaste. It’s hard to get balanced nutrition from diet alone so supplements are needed and this is the one for me. A repeat purchase.

   The quality sources of the materials used get the ingredients and the craftsmanship of this product is what makes it different from other brands. The biological source from which we get our vitamins and minerals is a game changer. Again, thanks to my doctor who recommended this offer to me over several top brands of vitamin and mineral supplements. I struggled to find the best supplements that didn’t hurt my old mother and mother in law’s body. They see the difference after the Covid period.    Vitamin Code over 50+ is the only vitamin I take. I don’t feel fully without it. Because it’s a whole food, I can take 2 vitamins in the morning with my coffee and my stomach is perfectly fine. All the other vitamins I’ve used in the past, even though they say you can take them without food, made my stomach hurt with headaches.

    It is of good quality and contains all the necessary ingredients in a convenient format. I don’t know if daily multivitamins are necessary but if I want to take some, this brand seems like a good choice. has all the vitamins and minerals in good quantity. I like the use of a stronger version of the minerals.

    Garden of Life Vitamin Code for women over 50 are excellent, complete vitamins. I have used this brand for quite some time now. They are made from the best ingredients and there is nothing artificial in them. They contain all the nutrients that older women need and none that they don’t.

    like that the ingredients are derived from whole foods and I think the capsules are easier to digest than the tablets. IMO they are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach even though I haven’t eaten. I’ve been taking them for years and I’m very happy with the quality and the results (I very rarely get colds etc.). As I am small, I only take 2 capsules a day and I find that this dose suits me well. & is a good value.
