Love Garden of Life Perfect Food, but I mistakenly ordered the caplets versus the powder. I can’t imagine anyone being able to swallow one of these horse pills! So, now I have to dissolve them in water, which takes forever. Next time I’ll pay more attention, because the container labels look the same. But, still a great product for nutrition.

I like this product, but to me and my husband these tablets are just too large. We both dread taking them at night because we struggle to swallow them. We’d like them better if they were made smaller. We’d rather take several smaller ones than just this big one. Otherwise the product seems to help.
