My kids love this! I researched many brands of gummy type vitamins and found these to be the best for ingredients and quality. They are natural and non-synthetic food-based. I like that they aren’t too gummy as I was worried that the very gummy ones I’ve used won’t absorb properly as they have to be chewed very carefully. These remind me more of or fruit leather. My child thinks they are like pacifiers and can’t wait to have them every day.

originally bought this for my child who had covid and recovered but still had mucus reflux. also realized that he had always fallen ill. nothing worked to improve his conditions. after taking these vitamins i have seen it helps a little with these post covid coughs and such. recently he fell ill but recovered very quickly. it’s pricey but I saw how it worked for my son so I’ll be back for more. the taste is not bad too in my opinion. I prefer that of children to that of adult women. Plus, the ingredients are natural, so what’s not to love? just note that if it’s hot it might kind of melt a bit. maybe putting it in the fridge will help.

When you open this bottle, the smell of fermenting fruit greets you with enthusiasm. As this is the Garden of Life product we are talking about, we know it is a quality product. But are the children okay? Yes, they like the taste. With other brands they can be picky, but with this one they just think it’s another gummy bear. With two children, twice a day is a sufficient monthly intake of healthy ingredients which they do not feel they are benefiting from but in the end it will save them a lot of health problems.
