really like! The first effect I noticed was in my teeth, they are less sensitive than before and my gums bleed less when I brush my teeth. In fact, they don’t bleed anymore! My skin is also firmer, I generally feel better since using the cream. I’m on the second bottle! I would definitely try other flavor variations, if they develop any new ones. I am already very impressed with the quality of Garden of life products, I also use their vitamins.

I particularly like this product because it’s convenient for me to put it in my morning coffee and I like the creamy vanilla taste. For more luxury, I add a teaspoon of half and half to the mixture. Due to the high protein content and coconut fat in this product, I can use it as a quick breakfast and it fills me up until noon.
