have been using this product myself for YEARS! I’m almost 58 and I can REALLY tell when I’m NOT taking it. My knees will start to ache and crack, but as soon as I get back to them every day, that all goes away. With daily use, I often only need 1 or 2, and only need the suggested 3, if I’ve left them for a while. My daughter (21) recently injured her knee and she is also taking it. They seem to speed up the healing process.
