This is the best calcium I have ever tried. I used to use the New Chapter Bone Strength before, but my mom and I weren’t getting good results with it. This one from Garden of Life improved my back, muscle and nerve pain

I just don’t like the fact that you have to swallow 5 pills a day and they are pretty big so if you have trouble swallowing pills look for another option.

small capsules. BUT the smell… it’s very bad. it smells like chicken poo. it doesn’t taste bad at the bottom of the hatch. but the smell is really bad. hold your nose and choke it. that being said, it is VERY effective. highly recommend
