I took Quercetin, Garden of Life 500 MG daily for 60 days, to see if it would improve joint health and noticed an improvement; most notably a reduction in joint pain and stiffness. I then took a break for about three weeks and noticed the inflammation returning by week three.

The results are encouraging because by improving my diet, I hope to see better numbers.
