notice a big difference when I run out of this digestive enzyme giant and it’s a winner in my book for GI performance and enzyme activity. I would give it a 10 out of 10 it’s so good! Countless times this has happened to me for issues such as bloating, side pain, gallbladder support, upset stomach, and blockages. My older kids swear by it too and always ask me for one when they feel sluggish in their gut or after a higher carb meal than usual.

take one of these chewable tablets every night after dinner. It really helps break down all the food so I don’t get bloated or gassy no matter what I eat. I definitely notice a difference the next day if I forget to take one – it’s much harder to go to the bathroom.

I’m struggling to find something that will help relieve my heartburn without resorting to medication. Many chewable enzymes are loaded with sugar, which isn’t great. It’s the best I’ve tried, although it doesn’t completely get rid of heartburn, I find it helps with digestion. It has a very pleasant taste too.

never took enzymes before buying this one. I usually get really bloated after eating, especially dinner, I either eat too much or eat too fast, which sometimes makes me feel nauseous or even dizzy… but these chews saved me! Just today I felt my stomach wasn’t very friendly after dinner so I took these enzymes and felt great in 10 minutes! Great savior for those who have weak stomachs or overeat.

Saw all the 29 natural fruits & veggies on label for these enzyme tablets which seemed ideal BUT these are the WORST TASTING tablets I’ve ever tried! Must be chewed so can’t be swallowed whole to get over the awful taste. (Can’t wait for delicious Zand brand Quick Digest (citrus) with plant enzymes chewable tablets to come back in stock soon enough!

I love these to top off a meal, as they seem to help avoid any digestive upset. I’m vegan and these are the best I’ve found so far. Please confirm these no longer contain natural gum Arabic, natural palm oil, or natural guar gum. The bottle I received elsewhere does not show these ingredients. Thank you!

love that it’s chewable and tastes good. Very handy, especially if you are traveling or away from home when you need extra help. I take Hcl with bitters before a meal. It’s a pill I can usually quietly swallow when dining with other people. The availability of these chewable tablets makes it easy to get the digestive support you need without taking more pills. I love that. Made from natural substances in a combination developed by Dr. Perlmutter MD who wrote Grain Brain and other books. Work for me!
