love it – easy to prepare and complicated when I need something prepared quickly. it’s also delicious although I’m kind of with the fact that they had vanilla flavor. I mix this frozen with sliced avocado, lettuce, and water, then blend for a breakfast smoothie. super easy to prepare.

I love the rich chocolate flavor and it mixes well without chumps of dry in my glass like other brands. So you get very last drop of goodness. Made chocolate pops out of it for a frozen treat.

I am happy with this product as a meal replacement for my first meal of the day. I use only 14 grams of it and add other things to the shake: heavy whipping cream, a bit of almond milk, chia powder, cocoa powder, salt, maca root powder and mct oil powder adding up to approximately 440 calories. Fills me up until my next meal about 4-5 hours later.

Enough for me. It gets lumpy if I mix it in room temperature water, but it dissolves better in hot water.

I am on my second container of Keto Meal Shake and feel like this has been a game changer for me. I use it with unsweetened almond/coconut milk. I add a small tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder and a tablespoon of monk fruit sweetener, throw in some ice cubes to give it some texture and mix it in my little smoothie cup and it is so delicious. It’s incredibly filling, so I fast in the morning, take this shake for lunch, and stay full until the evening. Finally lose weight thanks in large part to this shake!
