bought this product because the one I usually buy (Vegetarian DHA from Nordic Naturals Baby) was out of stock. I chose this product as a replacement because it too is vegetarian, liquid, in triglyceride form, and contains few other ingredients. These are its selling points. However, it does not provide EPA (unlike the Nordic Naturals product); and, having gotten used to the taste of Nordic Naturals liquid, I’m not crazy about the citrus taste of this product, which is very strong and reminds me of candy (a combination that shocked me at first). Nordic Naturals Baby Vegetarian DHA remains my favorite choice.

To be honest, I have tried a few DHA drops sold in Ecosupplements and I don’t really see the difference as my daughter is happy to take the drops with meals with no problem. However, from mom’s perspective, I can clearly see the difference. First, the graduated dropper is included so you don’t pour more liquid than you need. Plus, the dropper is BPA-free! Hopefully it will be sold at a lower price.

usually use Nordic Naturals Vegetarian DHA but they were out of stock so I tried this one. This one is actually a bit cheaper and works just as well. It is not easy to find an herbal DHA for children, so this is a lifesaver. The smell isn’t great, but that’s normal with any DHA or omega oil. My child happily takes it every day without a fight, so I’m happy!

Unfortunately my baby did not like the taste of DHA and refuses it in his bottle. I add small amounts to his solid food and slowly bring it to him that way instead. However, I am satisfied with the quality of the product.
