Doctor’s Best PQQ with BioPQQ promotes mitochondrial biogenesis and survival and energy production. BioPQQ contains pyyroloquinoline quinone, a polyphenol nutrient that is an antioxidant and cell regulator. The PQQ molecule is found in common foods and human milk. PQQ promotes mitochondrial survival, proliferation, and function. It has roles in antioxidant protection and as an essential cofactor for a variety of enzymes.
How does it work?

These come in a small, easy-to-digest capsule (think orzo pasta). I noticed an increase in energy and performance during my 81 year old mother’s rehabilitation. She couldn’t walk 3 weeks ago and now she walks 18 feet after being hospitalized for 10 days in October 2021. It’s now April 29, 2022. I can’t prove that’s what did it move on but I’m gonna keep going for another 30 days to see if she can move her PT forward. I will try it personally for my tennis game.
