You can’t beat $22.95 for PS with 120 capsules! Yes, I have to take a bit more for the same effect in capsule form as opposed to softgel form for the same results (keeping excess cortisol out of the brain thus lifting brain fog – 300mg 2x /day, as opposed to 200mg 2x/day), but if you average it, it’s still MUCH cheaper than the softgel form. Be sure to take it with foods containing at least 5 grams of fat, as PS is fat-soluble. BTW, I’m a nutritionist, so that’s also my professional suggestion. I have ordered it over and over again!

It is a quality supplement that you can take in moderation when you feel your cortisol levels are too high. Helps with anxiety and sleep and has definitely seen a lot of benefits from it.
