What is High Absorption Iron?
Doctor’s Best High Absorption Iron with Ferrochel is chelated to help increase bioavailability, and prevent the nausea and digestive discomfort commonly caused by Iron supplementation. Chelation allows iron to pass easily through the intestinal wall, where minerals are optimally absorbed.

Iron, what can I say about this. Well, you can’t make a sword out of it, but you can wear it to feel like Iron Man! I was taking multivitamins with it and started having headaches. So I had to quit, but I’m sure he was doing a great job.

I like Doctor’s best products and no exception for this one. Iron is acceptable for my stomach but effective in keeping me awake. I think 27mg is a good balance compared to other iron products. He didn’t specify bisglycinate but so far after taking it for a while I don’t feel any stomach pain or constipation. He seems to be well absorbed I think.
