   Amazing pre-workout! Studies have shown that nitrosigine is more effective than citrulline at lower doses. 1.5 grams is the optimal dose for optimal muscle performance. Give me a good pump without the side effects of stimulants. Also improves your performance. My favorite pre-workout supplement.

    Very effective product and a great complement to their 1/2 immediate/half extended release product. I fast intermittently every other day and on non-fasting days I will take this product with my last meal before the start of the fast (taking the extended release product would delay my fasting state by a few hours). When breaking a fast and at the start of non-fasting days, I take the product half/half.
