haven’t tried this yet, but I’m sure it will help. I have a history of SIBO and spore probiotics along with Saccharomyces Boulardii are really good for SIBO sufferers. There are several strains of probiotics that can make SIBO worse, but these are not one of them. I’ve tried MegaSpore in the past, so I’m excited to try this one.

Not sure these work as the test is to drop a capsule content in milk and if it reacts the probiotic works if no reaction than most likely no benefits. These did not react in milk.

Ideal for IBS-D. Very powerful. I struggle with loose stools, really bad urgency, etc. for years, and have tried ibgard’s peppermint capsules, as well as oregano oil and wormwood tincture, but it doesn’t help as much as this supplement (bacillus coagulans). I used to take it before also from the Thorne brand but I find this brand to be much more potent. I take it with sacchromyces boulardii and they work well together to reduce diarrhea. I also take slippery elm and marshmallow root. Together they work so well that I got constipated, instead of my usual diarrhea. Not in bad taste. Ideal for the intestine. Good quality and is definitely absorbed. The size is fine and the ingredients are real.
