By far the BEST digestive enzyme we have found so far for our vegan diet! We take it every night before dinner, and if the meal is particularly “airy”, we will take another one halfway through the meal, as a precaution :). So far so good with our summer bean and veggie meals. Hopefully it will be as effective this winter, when the weather for brassicas (broccoli, cabbage, etc.) turns.

take them in turn with Now Foods Super Enzyme. According to the ingredient list, the Doctor’s Best product has a better composition for meals containing a lot of meat. So definitely an advantage for those who live more on the carnivore or keto side of the diet. I wondered if I could actually digest all the meat I eat. I take one per meat only meal, never tried more than that. All in all, my instincts like them and I think they make a difference. My meals consist mostly of vegetables and protein, and besides the enzymes that help break down protein and carbs (which other digestive enzymes also have), this product also contains additional enzymes to help break down fiber especially. vegetables. I feel the difference especially when consuming cruciferous vegetables (which I love), I feel less bloated and gassy. The positive point is that these capsules do not contain ingredients of animal origin.
