Doctor’s Best Cinnamon with CinSulin is a patented water extract of cinnamon. Cinnamon has been shown to help enhance insulin function and aid in more efficient glucose metabolism. It also helps lower blood glucose levels and reduce oxidative stress.
One dose of Doctor’s Best Cinnamon capsules is equivalent to 10 common cinnamon capsules (500 mg).

took this cinnamon extract 500mg 3x/day to see if it would lower my blood sugar. I found several articles on the web saying that if taken in conjunction with berberine it would lower blood sugar. After 3 months, my lab tests showed that my blood sugar had dropped by one digit. This product has a wonderful scent, which makes it very easy to take. Before trying this I tried a prescription to lower my blood sugar but after a year it stopped working. I think continuing to take it will help control my blood sugar. Studies also say to add chromium, which I get from my multi vitamin ab/NV

I’m not sure if these cinnamon capsules are helping my diabetes yet, but my numbers are still reasonably low. It can’t hurt, anyway. I especially like the Doctor’s Best brand because they use the CinSulin brand.
