What is Doctor’s Best Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone?
Doctor’s Best Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone is a flavonoid derived from citrus fruits that helps protect heart & blood vessels from oxidation, supports vascular health and helps improve capillary strength. It provides hesperidin methyl chalcone, the methylated derivative of hesperidin, which may be the more beneficial form.
How does it work?
Hesperidin is a powerful neutralizer of free radicals. In cell culture experiments, hesperidin provided strong protection against agents that could cause cell damage via the production of superoxide and hydroxyl free radicals from oxygen. The potent antioxidant activity of hesperidin, and/or metabolic products derived from it, is one likely basis for its structural support of the capillaries and other small blood vessels.

Not only is it good for vascular health, but it is also an ingredient that activates AMPK. I don’t know how the potency differs from the “water insoluble” varieties, but the promises are big. Hesperidin certainly has its own set of multi-level benefits, and I consider it anti-aging and pro-vascular health.

have been recommended hesperidin to help with the integrity of the vein walls, and the first signs are that there is an improvement…I believe it can help, but also be aware that a Doppler test can tell if there are blood clots, to rule out anything serious, and not rely solely on supplements… Once confirmed that there is no red flag, I think it will is a good product.
