This brand is generally of good quality. I had been taking this zinc for a while before I got Covid along with quercetin and multivitamins. I’m pretty sure it helped me get a mild case. I think it also helped me not get sick with Covid for 2.5 years until recently. But I think it’s because I combined it with quercetin. I therefore highly recommend it to anyone looking to optimize their immune system.

This zinc is the real deal. In a base of alfalfa and the perfect low dosage. Even though it tastes horrible best to suck on it like a lozenge and let it coat your throat. It can make you nauseous if you take it on an empty stomach.
