CARLSON is one of the best!!! Vitamin A is necessary for eye health, vision, immune function, cell growth, reproduction and fetal development. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) is 900 mcg per day for men and 700 mcg per day for women. For adults 19 years and older, the tolerable upper limit for vitamin A is 10,000 IU per day. Talk to your doctor before taking a dose close to this amount. People with liver disease or diabetes should not take vitamin A supplements without the supervision of their doctor.
